I would try volume glamour ultra black if you want to use bourjois. A good way to keep mascara lasting long is not to pump the brush in the tube. The more air you put in the bottle the more dried up and useless it will become. You can find it at Sephora. They do have Sephora's in JcPenney now just so you know. Also it's $13.50.
