In my opinion any drugstore foundation sucks. use the good stuff. its worth the extra money.

I didn't like it as well as their Colorstay. Unlike Colorstay, it had a thin consistency, didn't cover as well, and tended to be more on the orange side. I would definately not recommend it to girls/women with an olive tone to their complexion.
I think the opinions I gave above are probably all cons. The only pro I can say about it, is that it's fairly easy to apply. You just turn the dial and pump it a few times until it turns into the shade you want and then apply it. But other than that, I wouldn't buy it.
If your looking for good foundation I'd suggest Avon.
especially Cream to powder foundation, Its defiantly one of the best + worth your money :)
As long as its oil free and doesn't clog your pores. I'd say it would be fine. Oh and test it before you buy it to see if you like it.

a make up artist once tried it on me for a shoot, i thought it was a lil heavy, to make it more sheer use a foundation brush,or moisturizer. i think perscriptives flawless in tawny is perfect for my darl medium skin, and well worth the 40+ dollars
pros: smooth aplication, as long as your skin isnt dry AT ALL! good colors.
cons: gets flakey on the slightest bit of dry skin, thick. if you are a shade 2 or 1, you use of half of the bottle sooner than the rest
my exspirence: ok so i have combo skin, that is oily in the summer and dry in the winter. this covers minor breakouts pretty well and covers white pimples well. it is kind of thick, which im now looking for a new, thinner foundation. it does mask my redish cheeks.
i was amazed when i bought this in the summer, because it gave me medium coverage, making my face look mostly flawless (but left it looking not super perfect, so it looks natural) and lasted pretty long. something that was bad though, in hot weather it came off a bit on my clothes
in winter however, it caked over the tiny bit of dry skin, so when my skin got even more dry, it looked horrible and didnt seem to cover as well.
the breakdown: its great if you have normal/oily skin with none to mild acne
